Shipping
All Handmade Trinkets pieces are handmade to order with love and care. Please allow a little extra time for your piece to be crafted before it's dispatched.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Standard UK shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- International shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. For personalised items such as name necklaces, please double-check your order details at checkout. We make each piece exactly as specified.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and often personalised, we're unable to accept returns on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
- Non-personalised items: Can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Please contact us at info.handmadetrinkets@gmail.com before sending anything back.
- Personalised items: Unfortunately these cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item.
- Damaged or faulty items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and we'll make it right.
